The Philosophical Remains of an Under-used Brain

Live for today with a reasonable amount of concern for tomorrow. Don't stress too much about what's going to happen in the near future or even years later. What if tomorrow never comes? It will end up being a complete waste of your life, which is now. On that note, do not live in the past either because whether we think so or not, we can't change anything that already happened. It's done, and now we have to either choose to make something good or bad out of it, or just forget about it all together. But good is always much better. Live in the present because if you don't you will miss your life completely and not get a change to enjoy the moments as they pass...

Be kind to people, always. Don't worry about how people treat you, because in the end nothing else will matter except how YOU acted. Be nice to everyone even if they're complete jerks, because you never want to be responsible for someone's pain, but you always want to be responsible for their happiness. No one is responsible for how you act, and it only puts a bad image on you. Don't hold grudges, it will only hold you back. Don't stay angry for long periods of time and do not retaliate with vengeance. Retaliate in proactive ways to produce a positive outcome from the bad situation...

Don't worry so much about what other people think. There are two ways that people can judge you: Either by the way you look/dress, or by what you do or say. It's better to focus on what you do than what you look like because that is really what makes you as a person. Don't do things because others want you to, do them because YOU want to. There is a point when you have to realize that if you live your life for other people you are never really going to be happy. Be considerate of others but don't live your life the way they want if it isn't what you want or what will make you truly happy...

Believe. Believe in something whether it be a god, a theory, or even insanity. It's better to believe in something than believe in nothing. Having a belief and faith in something gives you hope, and without hope everything is lost. Stand up for what you believe in, and even fight for it if necessary as long as it's not harming others. If you choose to believe in a god, do not doubt that god. The most important belief that you can have in life is belief in yourself. That you can achieve greatness in whatever form it may be. Don't ever doubt yourself because you should be your biggest fan. Have the strength to try and get through anything, and believe that because you are so amazing, you can...

Love. Love with your whole heart and don't hold back. Love is the most beautiful thing on Earth, so don't keep it locked up where no one can see it. Show everyone who you love that you love them through your actions, words, and thoughts, because you never know when it will be too late. People love to be loved. It makes them feel special, so why not make them feel that way by showing it? Love is a confusing subject. Some confuse it for lust, but I think falling in love is always fueled by lust. When love is real is when it's platonic. It's loving people for who they are, and not just for physical attractions, it rises above that. When you love someone and they love you back don't ever let them leave your life. You'll end up regretting it...

Don't let your morals be set by your society. Come up with your own set of morals and standards to live by. The ones you should always uphold however are ones that prevent you from causing harm to others, because killing, raping or abusing is never okay, no matter the impulses or temptations. Don't push your morals or behaviors on others. If you have a bad habit don't force it upon others if they don't want to. If you know people who have bad habits don't preach your ways to them...

Help people who are in need because you never know if you'll need help someday. Being a good Samaritan pays off in good karma. Care about people even if you don't know them, and try and help them if you can. We don't realize how lucky some of us are and we take for granted everything that we have. We love to complain about how awful our lives are but somewhere someone doesn't have what we have and wishes that they do. We need to be thankful for what we have and help people who don't have anything. Someday we may be in their position and need help, and I'm sure then we'll be wishing that there was someone there to help us...

Live and let live. Don't give up. Try and better your life and everyone else's. Be happy and show people they're appreciated. Love and be loved. It's a scary thought, but we have to get through this...

  1. Huhu Jas!

Ideen kommt.

seinem Platz bleiben. Und dorthin gehen
wohin es nicht soll. Und möglicherweise etwas
sehen , was es dann doch zum nachdenken
bringt.
